Q. メンバーになると何が良いの？ What are the benefits of becoming a member?: A. メンバーの方はご自身のニュースフィードに富士の写真館が投稿やシェアした写真・記事などが自動的に配信されます。（Facebookの仕組みです） Photos and videos shared by Mt. Fuji Photo Studio will appear in your Facebook newsfeed automatically. (This is a feature of Facebook)
Q. 富士の写真館は日本人や日本の写真に限定されていますか？ Is Mt. Fuji Photo Studio only for Japanese and photos of Japan?: A. いいえ。富士の写真館は世界中のどなたでもご参加いただけます。作品も世界のどこで撮影されたものでも大歓迎です。 No. We welcome everyone from all over the world and any photo taken anywhere.
Q. 富士の写真館ということは投稿できるのは富士山の写真・動画だけですか？ Named Mt. Fuji Photo Studio, do you only accept photos and videos taken in Tokyo?: A. はい。富士の写真館では富士山が主体となった写真、動画の投稿をお待ちしております。 Yes. We welcome photos and videos of Mt. Fuji.
Q. モノクロの写真・動画も投稿して良いのですか？ Can I post monochrome photos/videos?: A. はい。もちろんです。カラー、モノクロどちらも大歓迎です。 Of course! We welcome both color and monochrome work.
Q. カメラを持っていないのだけれどメンバーになれるの？ I don't own a camera. Can I be a member?: A. はい。写真・動画が好きな方なら大歓迎です。 Sure! We welcome all photo/video lovers.
Q. 一眼レフカメラを持っていないのだけれど写真・動画を投稿しても良いの？ I don't own a SLR camera. Can I post my photo/video on Mt. Fuji Photo Studio?: A. はい。一眼でもコンパクトでも携帯でも富士の写真館取扱説明書に反していない物であれば大歓迎です。 Sure! We welcome photos taken with any kind of shooting equipment; SLRs, compact digital cameras, mobile phones… you name it. Just be careful that your photo/video/post does not include any prohibited material listed on our guidelines.
Q. 動画を投稿しても良いの？ Can I post videos?: A. はい。富士山が主体の作品であれば動画も大歓迎です。なお、動画の投稿は写真と同様の方法でFacebookに直接投稿してください。YouTubeやその他動画投稿サイトに投稿したものをFacebookにシェアしたり、URLを入れたりといった形での投稿は基本すべて宣伝投稿と見なして削除・非表示となりますのでご注意ください。 Sure! We welcome video of Mt. Fuji. For videos, directly upload your video file just like posting a photo. Please note that posts linking to YouTube or any other video-sharing website will be automatically deleted.
Q. 他で公開した写真、動画を投稿しても良いですか？ Can I post a photo or video I've posted elsewhere?: A. はい。ご自身が著作権を保有されていて東京カメラ部、及びFacebookの規約に違反していない写真、動画であれば公開済みの作品であっても大歓迎です。 Yes. You can post photos and videos you have posted elsewhere, as long as the photo belongs to you, and the photo does not violate Tokyo Camera Club's guidelines and Facebook's terms of service.
Q. PCアプリを使ったポストプロセスやHDR加工や合成などの加工した作品を投稿して良いのでしょうか？ Can I post photos that have been post-processed or HDR processed?: A. はい。当部ではカメラ（デジタル、フィルム）で撮影をした後に加工したものであればそうした写真・動画も大歓迎です。フィルムで撮影した昔ながらも写真・動画は大好きですが、カメラがデジタル化され現像プロセスをPCなどで各自が行えるようになったこともカメラの進化・変化で、それも含めて今のカメラの楽しみ方だと私たちは考えています。なお、全てを人為的に作成した画像・動画や3DCGはサイトの主旨と異なりますのでご遠慮ください。 Sure! At Mt. Fuji Photo Studio, we welcome any post-processed photo/video as long as the image is originally taken with a camera (including both digital and film). We love seeing vintage photos/videos taken with film cameras. At the same time, we believe that post-processing images, taken with digitalized cameras, on PCs, is a wonderful part of the evolution of current cameras. However, please note, images, videos, and 3DCG created from scratch, do not match the intentions of Mt. Fuji Photo Studio.
Q. 写真・動画の投稿が上手くできない。 I have a problem uploading my photo/video.: A. 投稿方法は富士の写真館の作品投稿方法をご覧ください。投稿機能については富士の写真館独自の設定はしていませんので、Facebookの仕様次第となりますことご容赦ください。なお、携帯からの投稿の場合は通信状況にも大きく影響されますので、しばらく待つか、別の場所からの投稿をお試しください。 For detailed descriptions to posting on Mt. Fuji Photo Studio please refer to our “How to Post” page. Mt. Fuji Photo Studio's post form uses Facebook's functions; therefore, posting problems depend on Facebook's specifications.
If you are posting from your mobile phone, please check the status of your internet connection, and try again later, or try from a different location.
Q. 投稿者には撮影機材、場所、設定を記載して欲しい。 I want members to include information of their shooting location, equipment, and settings with their posts.: A. 申し訳ございません。今後は分かりませんが、現時点では投稿して下さる方が自主的に記入いただくのは歓迎していますが、これらの記入を投稿の条件とはしない方針です。投稿して下さる方の気軽さを優先したいと考えています。 At this moment, we welcome our members to post detailed information about their photo, but this is not a requirement. We prefer our members to be able to post their photo casually.
Q. 私、または私が正式な代理を務める著作権者の写真・動画が無断で投稿されている。 My photo/video, or photo/video of a client I officially represent, has been posted on Mt. Fuji Photo Studio without consent.: A. 富士の写真館取扱説明書にございますとおり、富士の写真館では「所有権を持っている写真や動画のみを投稿する」ようにお願いをしています。もし、そのルールに反している投稿がございましたらそれは私どもにとっても深刻な問題です。

お手数ですが以下の情報を運営まで連絡頂けますと幸いです。（著作権の所有者本人、またはその正式な代理人が送信する必要があります。）調査して著作権違反が判明いたしましたら、削除、警告などの対応をとらせて頂きます。

・ご連絡をくださった方、及び著作権者の方のお名前
・ご連絡をくださった方、及び著作権者の方のご連絡先（メール、住所、電話）
・該当する写真のURL
・著作権者を所有することを証明するもの（あれば）

Q. 私の投稿した写真・動画・コメントは非表示・削除されましたか？ Was my photo/video/comment hidden or deleted?: A. 個別の投稿に関する質問にはお答えできません。ご容赦ください。 Unfortunately, we cannot answer questions regarding individual posts.
Q. 参加者に写真・動画を直接投稿してもらっているようだが大丈夫なのか？ Is it safe for members to directly post photos/videos onto your page?: A. ご指摘の通り、現在、富士の写真館では全て投稿をチェックせずに受け付けさせていただいております。現状、参加いただいている多くの方々が富士の写真館取扱説明書を順守してくださっているからです。問題が多発するようであれば変更する可能性はございますが、運営メンバーとしては出来るだけ現行の方式を続けたいと考えています。 As you pointed out, at this moment, at Mt. Fuji Photo Studio, we accept all posts without prior checking. We can do this because the vast majority of our members abide by our guidelines. If problems occur often, we may change our policy, but we would like to continue accepting all posts as long as possible.
Q. 私の投稿した写真・動画・コメントが消されたのは何故？ Why was my photo/video/comment deleted?: A. Mt. Fuji Photo Studio取扱説明書に違反していると私どもが判断した投稿については恐縮ですが非表示、又は削除させていただくことがございます。また、非表示・削除の理由などについては個別回答をしておりません。どうかご容赦ください。

なお、全般的な傾向として一番多い理由は「URLを投稿内に入れている」ことです。広告目的の投稿を防ぐために、運営による発見漏れが無い限りURLが入っている投稿は、その飛び先や意図に関わらず半自動的に非表示、又は削除させていただいておりますのでご注意ください。（判断を入れるとトラブルの原因となるためどうかご容赦ください。） Any post violating our guidelines or found inappropriate by our staff will be deleted. We cannot answer individual questions regarding our deletion criteria.

In most cases, posts are deleted because they include URLs. To prevent unwanted advertisements, posts with URLs are prohibited. If we find any, the post will be automatically deleted. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. 私の投稿はなぜシェアされないの？もっと良い写真・動画があるのになぜそれはシェアされないの？ Why don't you share my post? Why don't you share better photos/videos?: A. 率直に申し上げて投稿くださっている皆様の方が運営メンバーよりも圧倒的にレベルが上ですので、運営メンバーの判断（シェア）は気になさらないでください。

また、富士の写真館では（少なくとも現状は）皆様に投稿いただいた全写真・全動画が全部員の方から閲覧可能な状態となる設定になっています。よって、採用基準という意味では富士の写真館取扱説明書です。（これに反しているものは非表示・削除とさせていただいています。）

そして、実際に多数の素晴らしい写真・動画が運営によるシェアが無い状態でも多くの「いいね！」やコメントが入る状態となってきています。当部はコンテスト会場ではなく、あくまでもカメラ・写真・動画好きな皆様と一緒に写真・動画を楽しむ場です。そのため、私どもとしては運営によるシェアは「おまけ」のようなもので、ここでの皆様の交流が当部の本質だと考えています。どうかご理解ください。

なお、富士の写真館には、本家の東京カメラ部、本家分室の「NEKO くらぶ」「INU くらぶ」「空の写真館」「Tokyo Camera Club」など複数の分室がございますので、適したテーマの分室があればそちらでシェアされる可能性もございます。

上記にはないご希望のテーマがございましたら事務局までメッセージをお送りください。人員が限られるため、分室設置をお約束できるものではございませんが、皆様からのお声をふまえて新しい分室を作る事等を検討させていただきます。 Every photo posted on our page is way beyond our staffs' photography skills, so please don't worry about the quality of what we share. At this moment, at Mt. Fuji Photo Studio, all photos and videos posted on our page are visible to all members. Photos will always be visible on our page as long as they abide by our posting guidelines. (If your photo/video violates our guidelines, it will be deleted.)

Many photos/videos posted on our Facebook pages have received lots of “Likes” and comments even though our management staff have not shared them. Our Facebook page is not a contest site. We want it to be a place to enjoy great photos and videos with camera and photography fans. Therefore, we think sharing by our staff is only a supplement and the primary objective of our Facebook page is for fans to have a good time communicating with each other.

Mt. Fuji Photo Studio has an original page called, “東京カメラ部”(Tokyo Camera Club Japanese version), and subsidiary pages like “NEKOくらぶ”(Cat Club), “INUくらぶ”(Dog Club),”空の写真館”(Sky Photo Studio), and an English version of Tokyo Camera Club. When we find a photo that suits the theme of our sister page, we may share your photo there. If there is a specific theme not in our current line-up of Facebook pages, please send us a message. We cannot guarantee that we will create a subsidiary page, but we will take careful consideration.
Q. シェアの対象となるのは何時までに投稿した写真・動画なの？ Is there a specific timeframe for photos/videos being shared?: A. 将来は分かりませんが、現状では特段期限は設けていません。いずれのページにおいても、直近の物だけを対象にしている訳ではありません。何時かシェアさせていただく可能性はございます。 We don't know about the future, but at this moment, we do not have a specific sharing timeframe or deadline. This is the same with all of our Facebook pages. We don't only share recent posts, so there will always be a chance for your post to be shared.
Q. 投稿されている写真・動画に「いいね！」、コメント、シェアをしても良いのでしょうか？ Can I “Like”, comment, or share a post?: A. はい。ぜひお願いします。当部に投稿されている方は、投稿されたすべての写真・動画に皆様から「いいね！」、コメント（写真・動画へのアドバイスは別です）、シェアをしていただくことを前提とされています。 Sure! Members who post on our Facebook page, assume their posts will be “Liked”, commented (excluding being advised or criticized), and shared by other members.
Q. 投稿されている写真・動画をシェアする際には事前に許可を得る、又はコメントでシェアすることを書き込む必要がありますか？ Do I need permission to share a photo/video? Do I need to comment that I will be sharing?: A. 必要ございません。当部はシェア歓迎、推奨の場です。気軽にシェアできることはFacebookの良いところだと考えています。そのためコメントは勿論大歓迎ですがシェアをするために許可を得たり、コメントをしないと失礼にあたるということは一切ございません。なお、そうした行為が必須であると考えらえる方は、申し訳ありませんが当部への投稿を含む参加をご遠慮ください。また、気軽にシェアをされている方に意見することもご容赦ください。当部は皆様の写真・動画投稿と投稿された写真・動画への「いいね！」、コメント、シェアを通じてカメラがある生活の楽しさを共有することを目的としています。 No. We encourage casual sharing. We believe the easiness of sharing posts is a great feature of Facebook. Of course we welcome comments, but you do not have to comment to get permission when sharing a post. Sharing without commenting is not rude at all. If you think people should comment or get permission before sharing a post… we're sorry, this place is not for you. Please do not participate in our activities. And please do not criticize people for casually sharing posts. Our Facebook page is a place to enjoy life with cameras through “Liking”, commenting, and sharing of posts from our members.
Q. 私が投稿する写真・動画には「いいね！」、コメント、シェアをして欲しくない。 I don't want my photo/video to receive “Likes” and comments. I don't what people to share it.: A. 申し訳ありません。その場合は当部への投稿をご遠慮ください。当部は皆様の写真・動画投稿と投稿された写真・動画への「いいね！」、コメント、シェアを通じてカメラがある生活の楽しさを共有することを目的としています。 We are sorry. If you do not wish your photo/video to be “Liked”, commented, or shared by our members, please do not post on our page. Our Facebook page is a place to enjoy life with cameras through “Liking”, commenting, and sharing of posts from our members.
Q. 自分が投稿した写真・動画へのアドバイスが欲しい。 I want advice regarding the photo/video I posted.: A. 作品投稿方法にございますとおり、「アドバイス希望」と投稿時に書いてください。他の方がアドバイスを下さるかもしれません。（アドバイスを行っていただけることを保証するものではありません） Please refer to our “How to Post” page. By including “Please advise” in your comment, our members may give you advice. (We cannot guarantee that you will always get advice from our members.)
Q. 私が投稿した写真・動画に心無いコメントが入って悲しい。 I am sad that the photo/video I posted is receiving heartless comments.: A. それは私どもも悲しいです。コメントについては非表示・削除の選択もございますので運営メンバーにメッセージでご相談ください。少し時間がかかるかもしれませんが、出来るだけ対応をさせていただきたいと考えています。 We are sad too. We may be able to hide/delete the comment for you. Please send a message to our Facebook page. It may take a while, but we will consider carefully to respond to your request.
Q. コメントに写真を添付できるようになったけれど使っても良いですか？ Can I attach photos to my comment?: A. いいえ。当部ではコメントに写真を添付することをご遠慮いただいております。発見し次第、基本すべて宣伝投稿と見なして削除・非表示となりますのでご注意ください。 No. At Mt. Fuji Photo Studio, we ask you NOT to attach photos to your comment. When we find a photo attached to a comment, we will take it as an advertisement, and automatically delete or hide your post, so please be careful.
Q. 自分が投稿した写真・動画を削除したい。 I want to delete a photo/video I posted.: A. はい。ご自身で削除操作を行ってください。なお、再投稿は可能ですが、削除した写真・動画に他の方がされた「いいね！」やコメントなどは削除時に消えてしまい元には戻せなくなりますので慎重にご判断ください。 Yes, you can delete your photo/video on your own. You can also re-post your photo/video. However, please note that all “Likes” and comments will be deleted along with your post, so please consider carefully.
Q. 富士の写真館はFacebookとどういう関係があるの？ What kind of connection do you have with Facebook?: A. 富士の写真館はFacebookサービスの利用者である以上の関係はありません。 Mt. Fuji Photo Studio is a user of Facebook's services and nothing more.
Q. 富士の写真館はだれが運営しているの？ Who operates Mt. Fuji Photo Studio?: A. 東京カメラ部、及び家電系商品レビューを集めたソーシャルブックマークサービス「みんぽす」を運営する東京カメラ部株式会社のスタッフが共同で運営しています。 Staffs at Tokyo Camera Club Corporation, the managers of Tokyo Camera Club (東京カメラ部) and other sister sites, operate Mt. Fuji Photo Studio.
Q. 投稿された写真・動画が気に入ったのでダウンロードしたい。壁紙などに利用したい。 I want to download a photo/video from my favorite post. Can I use it as my wallpaper, etc.: A. 投稿された全ての写真・動画には著作権がございますので適切な対応をお願いします。 All photos/videos are copyrighted. Please act accordingly.
Q. 自分の写真・動画ではないけれど良い写真があるので投稿して皆さんに知ってもらいたい。 I want to share a great photo/video I found, so more people can enjoy it. But I am not its owner.: A. 全ての写真・動画には著作権がございます。そもそもFacebookでは「第三者の知的所有権を侵害するような素材を投稿することを禁止しています」。つまり、無断で自分に所有権のない写真や動画を投稿することは禁止されていますので遵守願います。 All photos/videos are copyrighted. Facebook's “Statement of Rights and Responsibilities prohibits users from posting content that violates another party's intellectual property rights”. So, please do not post photos and videos you do not own.
